Your Initial Application.

Once you have made your decision to teach online and have submitted your application, eHello will then appraise your application and you will notified via email whether you have been successful for an interview. Please do not panic or become anxious about the interview, Tiptop ESL will be here to answer any questions you may have and to offer any advice which you may seek.

The Interview.

One of Ehello’s dedicated recruitment specialists with conduct your interview online so please ensure that you look presentable and be punctual. You will be asked to introduce yourself and then to talk about any teaching experience that you may have. The interview will conclude after a very short teaching demonstration, which gives you a chance to show off your teaching skills. You will be teaching the interviewer who will pretend to be a student. The teaching material will be emailed to you prior to the interview so you will have time to prepare beforehand.

Contract Signing And Onboarding.

Once your interview has been completed, eHello will shortly afterwards email you the result. Should you be successful you will then be sent your agreement and full instructions of how to complete the first onboarding phase. We aim to make your transition as smooth as possible and please do not hesitate to reach out to us, should you have any problems or concerns.
